The shortage of officials for all sports across the nation has become a major problem. Games are being cancelled or re-scheduled so officials can be available. Being able to be involved with officiating is what kept Big T going. He just wanted to leave it better than he found it. Since taking over as the Supervisor of Officials for the Mississippi Association of Community College Conference in 2013, he made great strides of improvement. The number of officials that have moved onto the next level is too many to keep up with. At the end of the day we just need more people to be involved.
